WAS TOLD I WILL GET MY PHONE. THIS WAS INFACT ALIE

After complaining last week. Someone called me and said my phone will be ready by Friday. I can confirm that this was infact a lie. I think someone called me just to sooth me over for a few days so they can continue to lie to me for weeks on end. PLEASE CAN I HAVE MY PHONE BACK . I PAY FOR IT AND PAY FOR INSURANCE TO. I AM NOT ASKING ANYONE TO DO ME A FAVOR HERE. YOU ARE NOT FULFILLING YOUR PART OF OUR CONTRACT.
