Warranty

I'm so disgusted with Cell c. Their contract phone which is on warranty failed to read the sim card. I took it in for repairs. I got a quite for R574.39 to replace a Samsung pocket. Tried to find out why that and was informed the sim reader pins were missing. Now I'm charged for something that's missing that I don't even know. Wanted to get clarity and those monks are so rude and arrogant. I regret having this nonsense.
