Warrantee
I took my Samsung S4 Mini in for repairs as the phone was no longer charging, I received an SMS yesterday to say that I need to pay in 2500.00 as the phone is out of warrantee due to the broken LCD screen, When I did an upgrade in 2014 I was told that the S4 Mini falls under the 2 free screen repairs/water damage or one of each. I was sold a phone under false pretences and now I need to cough up to get my phone fixed privately for this. This is unacceptable service! I am sitting without a cell phone currently!
