Warning to Potential Customers - Terrible Service from Cell C

I am writing to share my deeply unsatisfactory experience with Cell C, hoping to caution potential customers about the service they might encounter. This marks my second complaint, and unfortunately, it seems that Cell C's customer service is nothing short of non-existent.

Despite numerous promises of follow-ups and resolutions, there has been no improvement in the service provided. Apologies for inconvenience are abundant, yet the errors persist without resolution. The issue has escalated to the point where Cell C has had possession of my new contract phone for a longer duration than I have, and I am still expected to pay for this device.

Both the physical store and online platform have proven equally ineffective in addressing my concerns. The consistent lack of accountability and resolution has led to regret for choosing Cell C as my service provider. The overall experience has been a nightmare.

I urge potential customers to stay away from Cell C, as their service is subpar, and they will have you paying for something you may never receive. The lack of transparency and accountability is disheartening, and I felt compelled to share my experience on this platform.
