"Warning: Appalling Service and *****ulent Practices at Cell C"

I am utterly appalled by the abysmal service provided by Cell C. I have fallen victim to ***** and am now being billed for contracts and handsets that I never authorized. It seems highly probable that the perpetrators are actually employees of Cell C, as they were able to manipulate my billing address. Despite my numerous attempts, I have been unable to reach anyone capable of providing assistance. The ***** department merely sends out generic emails with no tangible action taken. To exacerbate matters, the call center agents informed me that the ***** department lacks a direct contact number. I even requested a call back from a manager, but have yet to receive any response whatsoever. To conclude, my experience with Cell C has been nothing short of a nightmare. The lack of accountability and assistance in rectifying the *****ulent activities I've been subjected to is deeply concerning. It's evident that there are systemic issues within the company that need to be urgently addressed. As a customer, I feel utterly let down and disheartened by the complete disregard for resolving my situation. This is my final attempt to seek resolution from Cell C; if unsuccessful, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter to the ombudsman."
