Hello Peter,

I need assistance with my contract at Cellc. I recently renewed my contract and purchased a Pura 70 phone, which was supposed to come with additional items: a watch, AirBuds charger, and screen protector. However, I only received the phone.

This is not my first experience with poor service from Cellc. In my previous contracts, essential items were missing, such as routers and SIM cards. I've had to purchase airtime out of pocket and make numerous calls to resolve issues.

Despite promises from a supervisor named Paballo the missing items have not been delivered. I'm frustrated with the constant excuses (e.g., "in lunch," "in a meeting") and lack of follow-through.

I request your help in resolving this issue and ensuring I receive the complete package I paid for.
