wanting my I.D number so they can call me back

I went in to purchase a phone cash on 23 dec.The sales lady couldn't tell me anything about any phone .5 staff members in the store and no one knows what phones are in stock. I wanted the sony phone.no stock so from over my shoulders and seated the gentlemen shouted at her to show me the ag ghost.hes not even serving anyone and sitting down.he would rather shout at staff.he aint even the manger refused to give his name as well.so no stock on ag ghost i ask that the young lady to contact me when she promised to have the phone in the next 24 hours. she asked for my id book so that she can contact me. not my cell phone number my id number. best of all a whole week past i went back on the 30th asking for the phone again , she avoided me no name staff the shouter then served me but the sale started with us having to swear and fight with him because he found me asking and saying i want the phone and will pay cash for it very amusing. I know cell c charges ridiculous amounts for phones maybe he was laughing at that, besides he **** up the screen protector . no i must go out and buy another screen protector due to his neg. and this phone doesnt connect to my pc . well done cell c .
