Wanted to cancel, was convinced to try Deal Match and now no response.

I wanted to move to another service provider, but when I was cancelling was convinced to try Cell C deal match. I was emailed a list of questions which I rep**** to on the 1 Oct. It's now 5 days later and no one has got back to me. When I followed up yesterday by phoning the call centre I was assured someone would get back to me on the same day, which did not happen.

Cell C wants to keep me as a customer, but the actions of its staff seems to suggest that it couldn't care less.
