Want to know whats happing on my account/cell no

Hi I've got 3 contracts with cell c, in feb 15 I received an email from MBD attorneys that I've been handed over by cell c cause my account is in arrears. I contacted the attorneys even sent them my bank statements indicating that my account is being debited. I did upgrades on both my other numbers in this year with no problem. <br> I've logged a case in July regarding the amount the say that I still owe but how can I owe that if they debit my account. and they advised my it was for an unpaid debit in July 14. <br> The case I logged luckily for me I took the *** and on 30/07/2015 @ 15H58 I received a call from a lady at cell c advising me that the account is not in arrears and that I can do my upgrade. Every time I call them I get told the account is still with the legal department. Today I contacted them 4 times again and every time I have to speak to some one different and in another department. This number in question is the 1st contract I took out with cell c and never had problems with them. But now that i'm trying to get hold of the person that phoned me on 03/07/15 @ 15H58 they cannot tell me who she is aren't the calls recorded.
