Want to cancel the Get it

I have been calling to cancel this Get it that took and every time I'm told they will call me back and nothing happens. They say one of the consultants from cancellation will call and it takes 30 days, like really it took me one day to join.<br> Can this be cancelled with immediate effect as I'm ****ed off right now. or I move to another network <br> Reference is ***3-
