want my name to cleared

I had an account with cell c and it was handed over to norman and blake associates, now the account is paid up and yet my name is not cleared. Its been months now since I have been asking them to clear my name and send me paid up letter but nothing is being done about it. This is holding me back and I can't buy anything as this makes my credit record look bad.
