Even 1 star is one star too many. Their app and website are a total mess. You buy 1000 minutes of any net minutes on the app. The money goes off your account, but that is all that happens. You don't get credited with the 1000 any net minutes in the app. When you report the matter, they ask for proof of payment; you send them the proof of payment. They inform you it will take 24 hours. After 24 hours, 1000 minutes are not added to your app and allocated to your number. You contact them and read them the reference number, and they tell you the case is closed. NO REFUND, NO MINUTES. This definitely lowers your trust factor in my eyes. This is THEFT people! My confidence is broken in your reliability, and I will take this further. It is a pity I have 2 contracts with you as well!
