Wake up Cell C

Have been trying now on several occasions to get hold of someone in cell c to rectify my existing account. There was a *****ulant account opened on my name and it was linked to my existing cell c contract. Obviously when I started getting billed for both accounts I wasn't to pleased... So I closed the bank account from where the debit orders were been taken because cell c was taking there sweet time in closing the ********** account, even though I had produced a affidavit and a case number from the S.A.P.S. and documentation from the south African ***** protection services.All that they have done up to now is contact me and say that my account is in arrears. When I try to explain what had happened they transfer me to other departments where I'm put on hold. All I want to do is settle this account and permanently close it as I want nothing further to do with cell c ever again. Don't know if they picked people of the street to come and work there or what because they have no clue about customer services. If they cannot help you they just transfer you to another person or make you wait for a long time on the phone. Can an educated person from the legal department who has some brains kindly contact me with regards to my issue.my number is ********** 498
