Wake up Cell C!!

<p>Cell C direct is absolutely useless!! I've had approvals from other companies in minutes and with Cell C direct it's in the 5th day and has been sitting with their vetting department!! After I told one of their consultants nonsense about the rotten service , I'm told that I need to send in my CK documents and a letter from my accountant. Hellooooo!!! It's not ****** vehicle finance or a bond I'm applying for so what the hell should my accountant give a letter for?? Doesn't my bank statements verify everything that was spoken about during the application call. From my side, Cell C should think of hiring staff that are proactive and that speeds up applications coz the ones that is there now seems to be on a grand ****** holiday!!</p>
