Waiting one month for delivery

The call centre phoned me on the 9th of June to offer an upgrade, which I accepted. I am still waiting for delivery of the new phone. I phoned the call centre every week, and every time without exception got the same story - 'we were out of stock, but it has been resolved. Your phone will be delivered in a day or two'. It is now the 8th of July, and still no delivery.<br> I can accept stock problems, not being told lies and held for a fool. I have 5 accounts with Cell-C, but looks like they just don't care.
