Waiting on Cell c
This is a follow up on the review I did on cell c on the 16 of July 2022.Cell c rep**** to my review saying that I will be contacted regarding the matter.I am still waiting.no calls from Cell c.Still no joy in resolving the matter

30 Jul 2022, 12:08Cell C did call on the 21 july 2022,was informed that we will be contacted within 24 hour regarding the matter.today is the 30th,not sure if their definition of 24 hours and mine are the same.still no joy.I'm nominating Cell c an award for customer care

06 Dec 2022, 06:59Good morning,I am sending a private mesg first to cell c.i am giving you guys a chance to sort this mess out,my wife's account is still not sorted out,you guys refused to pay back the money due to her,never receive a letter stating that the account is closed.so we left it and never worry about it,but now she received a bill from you guys after a very long time stating that she owes you guys R1900.This is bull ****.i am tired an frustrated now.i am give you guys a chance to sort this out before I take this further.one of the last ref no is ***.from you guys.and please no bull **** reply that it will be looked into and sorted out, because I got that reply a million times from you guys with not a single thing being done.
