Waiting more than 48 hours and still no activation

I've done a SIM-swap in store at the Menlyn Cell C branch (supposed to reflect in 2-4 hours according to sales consultant) on Saturday as on Friday I got the Samsung Galaxy S6 but the sales consultant forgot to give me a nano SIM card. Sunday, still not registered on the Cell C network. Monday, still not registered on the Cell C network. Go to the Menlyn branch again to the same sales consultant who looked very surpised when I told him it's not active as of yet. He took out the SIM card, checked on his system and according to him it's supposed to have been activated but it never went through. He put the SIM card back and and restarted my phone which closed all active applications and means a loss of information. He just replies with \eish
