Waiting more than 20 hours for SIM SWOP!!!
After receiving my new handset and requesting the sim swop (promised to be actioned witing 2 - 4 hours), I'm still waiting 22 hours later. I followed up 3 times today only...still no feedback...everybody's just escalating the query but still no successful sim swop?? Maybe the poodle in the Cell C TV adverts are something to think about after all...who's taking advantage of who...???? Go figure!
