Waiting for upgrade for 3 weeks!
<p>Winnie (Katekani Ndlovu) of Cell C outbound retentions called me with an upgrade offer. I asked her to email me the details of the deal , which she did on 13 Jan 2017 and I accepted. She told me she would call me on Monday 16 January to finalise the upgrade but I am still waiting despite several follow up emails to her and 6 phonecalls to Cell C to try and get hold of her. It is now 31 January and still no feedback from her! I want my upgrade offer!</p>

Moments after I posted this review I received a phonecall from Nelly at Cell C to clarify my complaint and to let me know that my query would be attended to. Shortly thereafter I received a call from Lisa in the upgrade department who handled my upgrade professionally and answered all my questions satisfactorily. I should receive my new handset in the next 3 - 7 working days! Time to get excited, thank you!
