Waiting for repairs to be done for 4 months

I sent my i phone 5 c in for repairs on the 14 September 2015 at the Sandton City Cell C Branch, i filled in the incident form to be sent to CSurance . I am still waiting for my phone to be delivered back to the store after 4 months of following up and wondering where my phone is currently? No one can explain to me what the delay is.<br> <br> I received a Quote from Csurance in early November and paid the access fee of R650 on the 27 November 2015 and sent through the proof of payment. I called Cell C yesterday to find out whether my phone has been delivered back to the store yet and to my horror a consultant told me that they are waiting for the access to be paid! i explained that I had sent the proof of payment to the store to Ronald specifically on the 24 December 2015 , i have had no response since then, <br> <br> So i sent another email to the store and CSurance to show that i did pay the access months ago.<br> <br> I want my phone back urgently, i need some feedback as to where the phone is currently and what the delay is. I regret ever taking a contract and insurance out with Cell C , i advise anyone not to do so and stick to a more competent and customer orientated mobile service.
