Waiting for refund and clearance

I have an unresolved issue with Cell C concerning the contract that I did not sign for. An amount of R680 was debited on the 16th of October 2015,I sent all the documents I was asked to submit, including the affidavit and the bank statement. I was given a reference number ***...followed by another .I have phoned sent tweets...been given promises that the case has been flagged/or urged to the back office nothing has been done up to this day the 3rd of December 2015.I never received the phone and the sim card.The other consultant said he got the recordings ...was still looking for equipment for me to hear as well.I am so disappointed with how slow this case has been handled.When I call I am sent to pillar to post
