waiting for refund

Its so easy to get a contract cell phone, but when there's problems . Nobody can help. So I logged in a complaint on the 8 may 2015, I did get a call from 1 of the helopeter agent , but today is the 30 of may 2015 and my refund is still not sorted out. O and by the way iv been waiting for this refund from december 2014<br> So a big thank u from cellc , yourll really love your customers (cellc we are so useless). I will neva deal with this company again in my entire life. My frieNds and family r also cancelling. Hahahahahaha
