waiting for refund

After waiting 5 months without a phone , cellc repairs decided to replace my phone. The phone that I took was below the cost of the initial phone, but they say that because I chose a phone that there will be no refund....this is by the way after I had taken this hanset. Why didn't they tell me before I took it that there is no refund...cellc you guys are unbelievable....still waiting for response..its gone another 5 months..so much for customer service
