Waiting for refund
I have been struggling to get my refund from Feburary 2023. I had a new line installed and still had to pay for an old line that was inactive. The new router was delivered and installed. I was told someone will be calling to do a refund. Still waiting, quick to take my money but have to wait forever to get the refund. I think I should be going to the ombudsman. Lost income as I had to buy data on a daily basis in order to work.you tell me who is able to spend R500 a day when I should be having a fibre line thats active. Line was activated The first order was done on January 2023 to move my lone but line nut then it was cancelles.yet I still paid every month.

09 May 2023, 12:16Im still awaiting the money owed to me, im told yt again like iv been told in the past its now pending finance like it had been in march, apparently i needed to send my proof of payment to finance to get my own money back on my account? Forgive me but since when do strangers randomly pay accounts of people they dnt know. Yet again more lies from you. This is pathetic. I have to fight and argue to get my own hard earned money back. I will be taking this further as what cell c fibre is doing is horrible. And yet with the new account that was opened when this one was closed on their end(still no apologies or acknowledgement) the DD was debited like clock work on the 2nd may but no refund..
