waiting for over charge reversal

Hi I'm still waiting for the refund for over charge cell phone bill. I contacted cell c customer services and the lady assisted me informed me about seven working days then will get the reversal of the over paid.now I'm still waiting.this is so unnecessary and not exceptable. Thanks
