Waiting for my REFUND

My Cell Contract was cancelled as of 4 September and i was on prepaid since then. Cell C however debited my account with 2081.63. I called and they explained that there is some billing that may have had to be done. After reconcilling Cell C confirmed that they are supposed to refund me R861. This was 2 months ago, and i am still waiting for my refund! I confirmed my banking details with their call centre! Can I just get my Refund back now..

Good day, I am still waiting for my Refund!!! I am truly disappointed and annoyed at the fact that I still do not have my money bac**** I was told it would be in my count within 3-7 days its been 14 days!!!!
