waiting for my phone to be unblacklisted

i had lost my cell phone on the 29/05 i called celled cell c to block the cell and the number but on the very same day i found the phone. I called cell c to unblock the phone they advised I needed to do an affidavit and a copy of id i did all that on the 12/06 and was told i would be able to use the phone withing 48 hours i have been waiting till today when i called cell c i was informed i did not send the blacklisting request form I asked why was I not advised to submit the documents.CELL C HAS NEVER TREATED ME FAIRLY AND THIS TIME I WILL NOT BE RETAINING MY BUSINESS WITH CELL C IM DISAPPOINTED AFTER 10 YRS OF BEING LOYAL
