Waiting for closed account document.
I was referred back and forth regarding a query on an old account it appears as written off the individual assisting me from cellc(kgamokgelo?) confirmed its written off he was helpful and understanding however I still haven't got feedback as I requested a paid up letter and he stated he will escalete the matter when can I expect the document regarding the account being closed ?reference number ***...

13 Oct 2023, 14:02As we speak I'm on the line with them (kurt form nimble group) assisted me I gave him the account number as well as my ID number...like I said the guy that assisted me yesterday confirmed it was closed and written off can I please get a paid up letter...
