WAITING FOR AN UPGRADE PHONE

I upgraded one of my lines with Cell C a month ago and was told the new phone would arrive in a few days. I called again asking where the instrument was and was told to speak to retention dept. I phoned them and after waiting for 45 mins, got through and the lady said you need to speak to the follow up dept. I waited another 45 mins and put the phone down. I followed up with 3 emails and got a standard response and nothing further. I want the phone delivered asap.
