Waiting for almost a month for my device

On 2 October 2015 I took out a tablet contract on cell c. They said it was approved and that they will deliver my device within 7 working days. Today is the 24th and I still haven't recieved any response. I can't get through to the call centre as there is no answer, and my emails also don't get answered either. This is very poor service. I opened a contract with vodacom quite recently and I had my device within 3 days of which was a weekend. Conclusion..vodacom is a much better service provider than cell c. <br> If my matter is not resolved within 3working days I wish to cancel my contract as I have not yet signed anything, and will then take out a tablet deal at vodacom.
