Waiting for a phone for 4 weeks now

So I decided not to listen to the negative feedback about Cell C and decided to order an Iphone 6 and a 50gig sim card from Cell C, the agent who signed me up was fantastic and very professional. This was on the 28th October 2015, on the 4th November 2015, they only delivered the sim card without the phone, no reason was given for this, so I contacted them back and they told me about a lengthy verification process that I don't care much for, it is now the 26 November 2015 and I still do not have a phone, where and how am I going to use the sim card they provided me with, without a phone?<br> Here's to losing another great customer cell c. Maybe that's the reason why you are not growing as a brand and have not conquered new markets. Thank you for the sim card Cell C and I will be taking my business elsewhere.
