Waiting for a paid up letter
FRUSTRATED AT Cell C very disappointed in your customer service, I sent an email to your *** for a paid up letter, I received and email that my query will be managed in 24-48 hours. It has been a week now since this email and I have been emailing various departments with no response back. WHAT needs to be done in order for a better response to a simple request.
