Waiting 3 weeks for iphones 6 plus

Im am due for an upgrade on the 1st of August 2015. I attended to Cell C North Cape Mall (under management of The Third Network) and requested them to order me a Iphone 6 Plus. I specifically did this a week before i was due for an upgrade to ensure the handset was available. Its now 3 weeks and im still waiting. The friendly and helpfull staff informed me that they did order the handset and even sent a request that its urgent but to no avail. I came under the impression that this store is not receiving support from Cell C or The Third Network. IM ALREAY SUFFERING WITH THE POOR INTERNET COVERAGE OF CELL C NOW ITS THIS AS WELL.
