Waiting 3 weeks for a phone

I contacted Cell C Direct three weeks ago in connection with a new contract. The contract was approved and my phone was supposed to be delivered in three to four week days. After several phone calls to them where after they promised that the phone will be delivered the next day my phone ended up in Springbok on the 20th of March. I phoned them again on the 22nd and they said they will phone me back but they didn't. When I eventually got through to them they said I will get my phone on Friday 23 March or at the latest Monday 26 March. Today is the 27th and still no phone. Nobody phones me back, when I try to speak to a supervisor or manager no one helps me. When I phoned them just now they said I must call back in a hour, apparently their system is offline.

If this is the poor service Cell C is giving I'm having second thoughts if they are the service provider I want to be with.
