Waiting 3 months for an Itc number

I went to cell c at hemingways on 3rd January 2015 to submit a blacklisting as i had lost my phone. I was assisted by Naledi who told me i will receive an sms within 48hrs regarding my itc number. After numerous phone calls to the branch and speaking to different consultants no one was able to locate the documents i submitted or give me positive feedback regarding my query. On the 24th March i called the store again and spoke to Naledi again who told me to come into the store and resubmit my blacklisting request which i already did in January 2015. I am very disappointed in the service i have received to date,waiting 3months for an itc number is ridiculous! Cell C hemingways staff is not customer centric, and i will definately use another service provider after the pathetic service i have received at Hemingways Cell C store.
