Waiting 3 months

Cell C have upgraded and continue charging me for a phone number that I do not use. <br> When I upgraded, I was specific about the contract I wanted upgraded. This did not happen.<br> I am now being charged every month on a contract number that I do not use.<br> I have been in contact with the Call Centre, requested call recordings. <br> I am continuously transferred to different departments.<br> I have received a few call backs but the call cuts in the middle of the conversation and I get no further calls.<br> There has not been a single person at Cell C that has done anything remotely resembling an investigation or the more likely is that they have and have realised that they are in the wrong but want to ****** as much money as they possibly can from me.<br> <br> I want my money back and out of a contract that I did not ask for.
