I took out a Cell C contract less than 3 months ago, the phone that it came with a Blackberry 9720 juts stopped working so I booked it in for repairs, it has been 3 weeks and I have not heard what the status of the phone is. I have tried contacting Cell C via email and their contact centre and no one is able to assist me. I would like my phone back in working order as the Cell C store was unable to issue me with a loan phone for the duration of the repair period. If my phone is not returned to me within a week I would like to receive a new one.
