Waiting 1 week for an ITC number

I went to Cell C in Somerset Mall on 26/11/2019 to have a handset blacklisted which was ****** from my property. I completed the forms and the consultant immediately submitted the application to head office. The following day the store consultant called to inform me that the number used was no longer in-service which I also disclosed at the store.

The handset was old handset which no longer being used and therefore the last sim card used was no longer active as I have gone over to another network due to pathetic service delivery from cell c.

It is now a week later and I have still not received an ITC number after giving them both my new contact number and personal email address.....

Can someone actually for once do their job and stop twirling their fingers.... I need a claim to be paid out and as usual cell c is causing a delay.....

THIS IS WHY I SWITCHED FROM THIS PATHETIC NETWORK...… I sincerely hope that this will be last encounter with you cell c......
