Waited over a month to Get Contract due to them and they blame me and said.... too late lost out on Deal
<p>I don't every complain... BUT i'm Shocked about Cell C service.</p> <p>I'm about to start my own business... looked for the best cell phone contract which was Cell C sim Deal unlimited calls at R999p,m....</p> <p> </p> <p>Took all my documents with application. I followed up as I didn't hear anything.</p> <p>I was inform that according to their records I owed them R700 from about 7 years ago - which is very funny as I have never had a cell c number. I was advise to go to get an avidavitt. </p> <p><br />Not that that helped in anyway.. you never get hold of their leagal department. Even Cell C staff can't help you as they have the same number to phone.</p> <p> </p> <p>Desprite to finish this up and get the contract.. I paid the R700 WHICH IS NOT FOR MY ACCOUNT AND I WAS NEVER EVER INFORMED ABOUT TILL I WANTED A CONTRACT.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now that they got their money... all happy about the R700.... Now Cell C is telling me SORRY... YOU missed out on the R10 000 cash back promo we ran that you tried to app**** for over a month BECAUSE IT WAS YOUR FAULT AND MISTAKE?????????????</p> <p> </p> <p>ARE YOU FOR REAL CELL C????</p> <p> </p> <p>So I'm about to take my business else where. Forms documents and everything is ready and I want the deal that shows how long I have been applying to get a contract.</p> <p> </p> <p>Can you assist and help me or will I take my business else where? Hopefully I don't have to wait a week for a response.</p> <p> </p> <p>Very unhappy customer and I want the deal I app**** for as I never knew there wass R700 on my name.. Many thanks for your responds, only once legal come back to the store saying that have received proof of payment and we can now go ahead (this is after running around for 3 weeks, avidavitts, payment and new updated paperwork) so they said when it was finally sorted out that the deal was over and it was MY fault so they can't honour it.
It would be great if I can be assisted and sort this out as I would like to receive the deal and give you the business with a smile.
Really looking forward hearing from you, Happy there is hope :)

No feedback from Cell C?? You delay me with a R700 that was owed to you over 6 years with no one informing me. I had no knowledge of every having a cell C number. The minute I wanted to take out a new cell phone contract. Paid it so I can just get the deal...
