Waited over 4 months

I am insured with C surance through cell c and I made a claim for my lost phone in November 2014. I followed the process that I was asked to do by the store and c surance and only received my phone today. Cell C Hatfield were helpful but C surance service was poor. I insured an iphone 5S 32gig and they mentioned they had no stock for over 4 months almost over 5 at this point. I haven't missed a single payment for insurance to date and I would like the amount for the 4 months where I had no handset to be credited for the months to come as I still require insurance.
