Waited an hour for my call to be answered from cell c legal department

I have been reading the cell c legal department's review and it seems like they have the same problem with making people hold for 30 min. I want my contract simcard to be unblocked since i have paid them a month ago and at the store they told me to call them now they are not answering. Mind you how can I call when the very same sim card I am supposed to call with is blocked. Mxm I'm really not happy and after this I want to cancel my contract no matter the costs, I can't deal with this kind of service.
