Vumatel, Cell C and Tracey Cosmetics Organised Crime Affiliation

My internet was recently set up and was told by Vumatel representative to dial 084 145 to receive help from Cell C fibre. When dialling this number, given to me by the Vumatel representative, It sent me directly to another company, which claimed to be Cell C but instead was Tracey Cosmetics, whom I gave my details to, not knowing that it was them. I then experienced internet for a day after which my system crashed and graphics card was compromised.

I am surprised that Cell C is doing nothing about this and why the company Tracey Cosmetics continues to exist since it is using a Cell C line in which to contact customers. I am also shocked that Vumatel would refer me to Cell Cs 084 145, which actually seems to be Tracey Cosmetics.

This seems to be a crime happening in broad daylight and the authorities including Cell C and Vumatel seem to do nothing about it and rather direct the fault at the customer.
