Vouchers not loadiing

<p>I received vouchers from a relative that was purchased at Makro in Cape Town a good couple of months ago. At the time I didn't load them as I still had a contract. However, when trying to load a voucher one day it said the voucher wasn't valid. After a long process I was issued new vouchers but these vouchers also don't want to load. I'm not sure is happening. I tried to email the person earlier this year, Mr Frederick Swanepoel, as he was the one who re-issued the vouchers, so that I could inform him of my problem, but the email bounced back indicated that the email address was no longer valid. I have eight R80 vouchers that I cannot make use of. i really would like this problem resolved finally.</p>
