Vodacom contract never cancelled!!
<p>My Vodacom contract ended in October/November 2015. The assistant at the woodlands Cell C store told me that i can keep my number and that i dont have to worry about the remaining days on my Vodacom contract as Cell C will buyout the Vodacom contract, she also said i dont have to do anything at Vodacom, Cell C will handle all payments and the cancellation of the contract. Today i find out from Vodacom the contract was NEVER cancelled and there is a NEW number 071 - 620 - 8773 that i have been paying for for the last 8 months?? I would like to know why the contract was never cancelled and how there is a strange number opened that i am paying for? According to Vodacom if i want my money back (for the cellphone that IS NOT mine) i need proof where my Vodacom contract for cellphone number 079 - 795 - 6163 was cancelled!</p>

A consultant from Cell C called me on Monday 4 July and said I must call the Woodlands Cell C store and request a settlement document. When i phoned the store the lady said she does not know what a settlement document is and i must speak to the manager, i spoke to the manager and she also didnt know what the document was so i explain my situation then she suddenly knew what a settlement document was. She went into my profile and said the contract i took was not a buyout contract but she will investigate and call me back. Till today i havent heard anything back from Cell C and the longer they take the more money Vodacom is going to take from me. Can this please be sorted out. I want the proof in writting where Cell C cancelled the contract with Vodacom as i have to submit this document to Vodacom!
