Virtually No service - CellC

I have 4 contracts with Cell C. I have complained several times about no coverage, but it appears that the message is falling on deaf ears. The frustration of shop attendants having to hear this complaint regularly is evident. My wife's phone ***) is used in Vredenburg, is hardly ever usable, due to \CellC RSA not available".
