Virtually no reception - 3G and voice calls

I live in Heritage Park, Somerset West. Approximately 500 meters from a Vodacom tower.<br> I have virtually no reception at my house - voice calls drop all the time, can hardly hear people, almost no 3G, sometimes even No Signal. I am unable to use the line as its suppose to be used as its more non-functional than it is working. And very unreliable - might have 3G for a few minutes at a time IF Im lucky.<br> Whats the point of having 3GB of data to use a month and unable to access it???<br> <br> I expect Cell C to come and install a signal booster at my house. Or cancel the contract with no penalty.
