violation/misuse of cell c customer care

i have been messaged on whats app from an unknown person using the cell c customer care number. the person has been repeatedly harassing me with regards to my personal life and wanting to get to know me. after me stating that i'm married and not interested. i want a full investigation as to who is using the cell c customer care number and violating it.

thank you for your swift response in the matter. it is really disappointing to know such acts are taking place under the cell c name. i'm an employee for the department of justice and sort to resort to an internal investigation first in this matter. should i not receive any feedback, i will resort to opening a charge.
