Violating my contract by increasing monthly cost!
I have been an existing CellC subscriber now for a few years. I signed a Straight Up 100 contract for R100 per month.<br> Yesterday when I checked my account it showed R110 per month. I checked with my wife and friend who has the same kind of account<br> and theirs is also R110 a month. I checked the web site and it shows that the new rate is R110 per month.<br> That all good for new contracts and for revewals, but I signed a 24 month contract for R100 a month.<br> This is NOT ON!! Please fix your system ASAP.

Please note that in terms of your Subscriber Agreement, Cell C has the option of changing any of the Charges from time to time, by means of publishing an amended Tariff Plan and by informing you in writing.
These Charges include applicable connection fee, Subscription Fee, Usage Charges, SIM Card Fee, Goods Fee and any other Charge relating to the provision of Cell C's Services to the customer in terms of the Agreement.
