I have used cell c with my phone that recently got ******. I called CellC to have the device blacklisted,Lo and behold I can't blacklist the device because it was never used with the number provided. I am being victimized twice here: by the ***** for *****ing my phone and by cellC for allowing this ******** to still enjoy use of this phone.
