Vicious cycle Cell C contracts!!!
Useless!!!! Just spoke to an cell c "representative" and its just excuses Cell C is always finding loop holes to not fix their own mistake Again my problem was NOT RESOLVED instead i was told to upgrade!! Its a vicious cycle where Cell C makes sure the phones does not last two years so you are forced to upgrade and can never get rid of a contract. Iphone 6s plus paid almost R17 000 for it on contract and it doesnt last two years!!!!!!!! What bull**** is that. Cell C still refuses to assist and fix my iphone!!!

The consultant contacted you and advised that your battery warranty has expired and you are liable for the repair charges. He further advised that you are due for an upgrade tomorrow when you mentioned that the contract is not even due for an upgrade.
